Breakfast Casserole
Materials:
- bowl to mix ingredients in
- casserole dish to bake in
- measuring cup
- fork
- skillet (1 tbsp. of olive oil)
Ingredients:
- 4-6 eggs,
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4-1 cup Bisquick
- 8 oz. of shredded cheese, your favorite
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, herbs to taste
- 1/4 cup butter, softened, cubed, mixed in
- sauteed veggies: broccoli, spinach, onion, red and/or green bell pepper, garlic, etc.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Saute veggies. While that's cooking,
- Use a fork to mix eggs and milk together in bowl.
- Add Bisquick and cheeses. Mix with fork.
- Add sauteed veggies and seasoning after they cool. Mix with fork.
- Pour into casserole dish. Mix in cubes of butter.
- Bake for approx. 50 minutes.
~Makes 6-8 servings, depending on how many eggs used
